Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days, to the bank account mentioned in the return form, from the date on which ‘ ME ‘ receives returned goods.

Please note COD charges and shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable.

 

SHIPPING INFO

All prices on our site are displayed in Indian Rupee (INR), and will be charged in Indian Rupees. For delivery within India we use a ground based courier service, as liquid products cannot be sent by air. Shipping within India can take up to 3-4 working days depending on what state or territory you live in. COD service may not be available for certain pin codes. In such cases, our customer service team will be in touch with you while processing your order.

Standard shipping timelines would not apply during sales or promotions.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. In addition, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email to confirm shipment and tracking information.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION – BY CUSTOMER

Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you receive an order confirmation by email or message it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Customers can cancel their order till it is shipped from the website.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION – BY  ‘ ME ‘

While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.

Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but are not limited to):

  1. Product unavailability or temporarily out of stock
  2. Limitations on quantities available for purchase
  3. Inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing or promotion information
  4. Inaccurate or insufficient address
  5. Non-serviceable locations

At times we may also require additional verification or more information before being able to process an order. We will contact you if there is an issue in processing your order, cancellations from our side or further information required. If your order is cancelled post-payment, the charged amount will be refunded in full and may take up to a week depending on your bank account.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text with the tracking number (based on the option selected at checkout). You can track the order through the link provided, the website footer or through your account page.
