Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 15 working days from the date on which the returned products are received and verified by ‘ME’.
The refund amount will be transferred to the bank account details provided in the return request form.

For deliveries within India, we use reliable ground courier services. Since certain products may contain liquid formulations, air shipping may not be applicable.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available for certain pin codes. In such cases, our customer support team will contact you during order processing.

Order Confirmation

Order Cancellation — By Customer
Order cancellation requests are accepted only before the order has been dispatched.
As we aim to process and ship orders quickly, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order enters processing. If you have received an order confirmation email or message, your order may already be under processing and changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Customers may request cancellation until the order is shipped from our warehouse.
