Return Policy

We strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for every customer. If you wish to request a return or exchange, you may do so by submitting a request through the “My Account” section on our website.

  • Products must be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery or invoice.

  • Missing items, incorrect orders, or excess charges must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the date the returned products are received and verified by ‘ME’.

  • Refunds will be transferred to the bank account details provided in the return request form.

Please note that COD charges and shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and transactions will be processed in INR only.

For deliveries within India, we use trusted ground courier services. Since certain products may contain liquid formulations, air shipping may not be applicable.

  • Standard delivery timelines are approximately 3–4 working days, depending on your location and serviceability.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available for certain pin codes. In such cases, our customer support team will contact you during order processing.

  • Delivery timelines may be extended during sales, festive periods, or promotional campaigns.

Terms & Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • All returned products must be accompanied by the original invoice and completed return documentation.

  • Each product is eligible for exchange only once.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Any complimentary gifts or promotional items received with the order must also be returned.

  • If the return request meets our policy requirements, customers may receive:

    • A full refund of the purchase amount, or

    • An exchange for another product of equal or lower value.

Please note:

  • Product colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and device displays.

  • Returns will not be accepted without a valid invoice and Product Return Form.

  • Products that have been intentionally damaged, misused, or improperly handled are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Nail lacquers and accessories are considered final sale items and are not eligible for return or exchange.
